SHIPPING + RETURNS

> What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships you will then be sent tracking information. Most orders arrive with 5-7 business days if shipped within the US.


> How long does it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary based on delivery location. We ship all cuffs from our studio in Dripping Springs, TX and most customers receive their order within 5-7 business days from their order date.

 

> Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. When your order is placed, you will get a confirmation email. Once it has shipped, you will then receive an additional email with all your tracking information.


> What are shipping costs?
Shipping varies based on your the final destination. For most orders within the US you can expect approximately $6 added to your order for shipping. For international orders, please email us directly so we can give you a more accurate estimation.


> Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but you due to the complications of shipping internationally we prefer to have international customers contact us directly at kristi @vintageware.com so we can find the fastest and most cost efficient way to ship their purchase.

 

 > What is your return policy?
We stand behind every cuff we make and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 15 days from purchase to request a refund. Contact us directly via email or phone and we will make sure your refund happens swiftly and easily.


We are committed to making every customer feel as if they are our only customer and if at any point we fail to deliver to your expectations we will make it right.


> How do I request a refund?
Send an email to kristi@vintage-ware.com with the name of your cuff and your reason for requesting a return/refund. We will reach out immediately to provide information on return shipping information and when you receive your refund. If there was any problem with your cuff, we will cover return shipping.

 

> What do I do if my cuff needs to be repaired?
We stand behind every single piece of Vintage Ware we create and your satisfaction as our customer is our highest priority. We believe the best way to acquire new customers is to take really great care of the ones we already have. If at any point you need a repair on your cuff, please contact us and we will coordinate the shipping and repair in a very quick and reasonable way!


> How do I cancel my order?
Send an email to kristi@vintage-ware.com with your order information. You will get a confirmation email that your order has been cancelled.

 

SIZING, PRODUCT CARE + MORE

> How do I know what size to order?

All of our cuffs are designed with the ‘Just Right’ adjustable sizing closure. This fit sizes down to 6" wrist and up to 9" wrist. If your wrist size is outside of these measurements then just contact us and we will adjust the closure to down to 4" wrist or up to 11" wrist. We have not had a wrist we can't fit yet!


> Are items made in the USA?
Edgar cares about what components he creates with + fair trade. He creates as much as possible with domestic materials. Nothing is machine manufactured and every piece is hand constructed from start to finish. He only works with premium grade leathers and rivets to ensure every component is built to last for decades to come.

 

> How do I care for and clean my cuff?
During the construction of every cuff we treat the leather with Grandad’s Leather Treatment and Dr Jackson’s Leather Conditioner to protect it from every day moisture.

For those who wear their cuff as a traditional accessory (a few times a week) this is sufficient protectant. For those who wear their Vintage Ware daily and would like additional protection, we recommend spraying with Dr. Jackson’s Water Protector. If your cuff needs to be cleaned, then contact us and we can recommend the best product depending on your cuff.

 

> How durable are Vintage Ware cuffs?
Every cuff is handcrafted and built to last. We have constructed every piece with the intention that it will be worn regularly and long term. We welcome you to contact us at any point should you have any concerns or need repair.


> Are all of your cuffs uni-sex?
Yes. We’ve seen nearly every cuff connect with both genders and therefore we prefer not to classify our cuffs this way. In an effort to guide our customers through their shopping experience we do categorize them under the Brave, Classic and Love collections. See each individual page to read more about how cuffs are categorized in these collections.

> What if I want to see your cuffs in person?
We do have multiple retail locations through Texas and the US that carry our products with more being added frequently. We also participate in select Art and Music festivals throughout the country all year long.


> How do I know when you will be festivals in my area?
We keep our events schedule listed on our locations page.


> I am interested in carrying Vintage Ware, who should I contact?
We do offer wholesale. Please contact us directly at kristi@vintageware.com or 512.913.8607. We have Look Books and pricing available.
